Why We Do Not Use Fabricated Statistics

The Integrity Promise

At Al Hayat Welfare Group Kandhla, we place honesty and community trust above social media publicity. We are fully committed to running a clean, leak-free welfare platform.

Why We Do Not Use Fabricated Statistics

In the welfare sector, many organizations present inflated numbers to appear successful. AL HAYAT WELFARE GROUP KANDHLA abides by strict ethical principles. If reliable data is not registered or checked, we present zero (0) rather than a guess. We value real trust over visual marketing.

Many social organizations report high numbers of activities or expenditures without robust registry systems. We believe this compromises the basic ethos of charity. Under our systems, unless an entry is authenticated by coordinate-matching with central authorities, it will not be listed.

Our Directives

Physical Verification

We check eligibility criteria at the grassroots level prior to granting membership cards or issuing educational aids.

Internal Financial Audits

All inflow and outflow of funds are audited internally on a monthly basis, satisfying formal Indian NGO registration mandates.

Privacy Preservation

We maintain absolute dignity. We do not distribute resources publicly to capture photograph marketing unless legally necessary for transparency.

Double-Entry Logging

Receipt books, ledger accounts, and digital registries must tally correctly down to the last rupee.

ZERO-COMPROMISE POLICY

Al Hayat maintains a strict zero-compromise policy against simulated statistics or fake databases. All portal databases require authentic coordinator checkups. If you detect any discrepancy, please directly mail to our audit board at info@awgkandhla.org.
